This has become one of my favorite progressive metal/fusion albums of all-time. It features many greats in the genre while still showcasing Visenya's compositional creativity. What a hidden gem; some of the best riffs and meter changes I've heard in some time. This is an album that continually satisfies upon repeated listens. Highly recommend!! :D Erkadur
I get a sense that there is an intentional increase of electronic/industrial aspects to the songs on this E.P. Less pronounced than Satriani's "Engines of Creation" but noticable nonetheless. So I wonder if this EP, following their awesome full-length earlier this year, is a bit of a studio exploration of some new sounds/technology. Some nice instrumental songs here nonetheless.
